Getting your Crescent City ID is easy, and we’re here to help you every step of the way. Appointments help ensure quick enrollment at the Crescent City ID office located at 800 Race Street - Annunciation Recreation Center.
The calendar shows appointment availability on select days and times. On other days, our team is out in the community hosting events. You can get your Crescent City ID by making an appointment on any non-event day or attending a mobile pop up across the city.

What to Bring
To receive your Crescent City ID, you must bring originals or clear, legible copies of documents that verify:
